Shipping Information

Shipping is FREE via USPS First Class Mail for shipments in the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. The time in transit depends upon your delivery location.

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. See below for detailed information:

Exchanges: Exchanges for damaged or defective items are free of charge, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a pre-paid return shipping label and send the item(s) back to us. Replacement item(s) will be sent once the carrier scans the returned item's tracking number into their system. It's as simple as that! 

Returns: All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return request for US orders, please contact us to request a pre-paid return label. For international orders, please contact us to explain the issue and get instructions for how to return the item to us. Return shipping costs not covered for international orders. All shipping damage must be documented with photos and reported within 12 hours of delivery. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Returned items must be in like-new condition with no physical damage to either the product or the packaging. We do not accept returns due to damage caused by the end user. All returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refunded amount, this allows us to cover the return shipping costs, inspection and re-packaging of the item. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected, please allow up to three business days after delivery for product inspection and processing. Refunds must be issued back to the original form of payment. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is returned damaged or in a non reusable condition, if this is the case, we will send the item(s) back to you free of charge. 

Lost Items: Items that are lost by the carrier are eligible for a refund, less any shipping costs, after 30 days in transit without delivery. To report a lost item please contact the carrier first and have them send you a statement in writing confirming that they have lost the item. International shipping costs are non-refundable.

Taxes & Duties: Taxes, duties, and other fees may be due upon delivery for international orders (This does not apply to US orders). These costs are not included in the international shipping charge and must be paid at time of delivery by the customer.
